"They always get me in and out quickly. The staff is aways very friendly. I don't have dental insurance at this time and they didn't push me to do anything that would make me pay have to pay more(said I didnt need to do any x-rays because my teeth are nice and I don’t have insurance). They also weren't pushy about me not wanting to come back in 6 months"
"The dentists are very knowledgeable about every aspect of dental care, and the staff is able to answer any questions that I have. The hygienists are gentle and they thoroughly explain things I don’t understand. They are all so sweet and easy to talk to. Even after moving, we continued to drive over an hour just to see them. They all make going to the dentist enjoyable. I recommend them to everyone!!"

"I've always appreciated and enjoyed the staff at my dentist's office. I've been going there over 15 years. Now Dr. Yaya has purchased the practice and I've been seen by her and Amy. Both provided excellent care, always explaining each step of what they were doing, making sure I had an understanding and they also kept me in stitches. Also, the resident groundhog, Bucky, and friends were quite entertaining to watch as I was sitting in the chair."
"One of the many advantages of being a patient at Yaya Smiles is the staff. Sometimes you may need to see a different person then you're used to. People get sick or whatever and can't be there. Normally that would give me big anxiety. No need to be at Yaya Smiles. When you walk in the doors you can count on Hanna or anyone behind the counter to greet you with a smile. I Don't remember all the names but they all deserve the credit. I'm sure Yaya would agree. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Amy. She was not my normal person however I was very comfortable. Amy has a personality that anyone can appreciate. That's important for someone with dental anxiety. Her work was flawless. My bite is very tight and adjusting fillings is always time consuming. Amy was not giving up until it was perfect and I was happy. That's a person who truly cares. I never expected to find two people under the same roof that I can count on.
